Qualifications

• Senior Production Manager with Operations Control background.
• Experience leading SQCDP metrics and end-to-end supply chain.
• Ability to collaborate upstream and downstream to manage inventory and WIP.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and sustains an Ops Control cadence integrating boards, centers, and escalation routines.
• Drives plan vs. actual performance visibility and structured recovery when gaps appear.
• Develops managers and teams with accountability and data discipline for rapid escalation.
• Partners with Supply Chain to translate production plans into executable schedules and manage constraints.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across the value stream.
• Owns the Operations Control cadence and governance linking planning, inventory, and execution.
