Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Leader to guide production strategy and execution across facilities in the United States.

You will translate forecasts into capacity, staffing, equipment, and facility requirements while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and develop the production leadership organization to scale with current and projected demand, collaborating with engineering,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 16+ years of experience in production or operations leadership.
• Proven executive-level leadership experience in complex operational environments.
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to lead at scale and influence organizational direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall production operating strategy, translating forecasts into capacity and resource requirements.
• Direct production operations across facilities to meet safety, quality, schedule, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Establish performance measures, review throughput and labor utilization, and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Lead capacity and resource planning including staffing, space, tooling, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, project leadership, and operations to align production plans with priorities.
• Identify and resolve production constraints such as labor shortages and material availability.
• Standardize production processes and controls to improve consistency and scalability.
• Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste.
