Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 6+ years in production/manufacturing.
• Prior foreman/supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks/teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and system assembly methods.

Responsabilités

• Value Stream Leadership: oversee production, quality, and maintenance within the assigned value stream.
• Team Management: supervise, mentor, and develop production, maintenance, and quality staff.
• Production Planning: collaborate to develop and execute schedules based on demand and inventory targets.
• Continuous Improvement: drive process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Performance Monitoring: define KPIs and use data-driven decisions to improve.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure coordination.
• Quality Assurance: ensure products meet standards and maintain QC procedures.
• Resource Optimization: manage manpower, equipment, and materials to meet demand.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety regulations and conduct audits.
