Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Assembly Operations to lead a high-growth assembly organization as products move from development into scalable production. This hands-on role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people performance while building the processes and structure for future growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience.
• 5+ years leading supervisors or large assembly teams.
• Experience scaling manufacturing operations from development to repeatable production.
• Lean Manufacturing / TPS experience with measurable improvements.
• SQDCP management experience (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
• Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Eng, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Eng.

Responsabilités

• Lead assembly operations across multiple production areas with SQDCP focus.
• Build structure and stability in a fast-paced, evolving environment with maturing processes.
• Drive scalability via standard work, visual management, capacity planning, and CI initiatives.
• Lead and develop front-line supervisors, technicians, and production teams.
• Establish and maintain 5S, safety, and shop-floor discipline.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Eng, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Eng to improve manufacturability and readiness.
• Implement lean principles including kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Support ramp activities, new product introductions, process transfers, layout optimization, and workforce development.
