Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Leader in Tysons, VA area to steer production strategy and lead large-scale operations across facilities and programs.

You will ensure safe, on-time delivery by coordinating engineering, quality, and supply chain teams while driving efficiency and growth. You will build leadership capability, set performance standards, and implement continuous improvements to scale capabilities and meet rising demand while maintaining cost controls and top safety

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall production operating strategy translating forecasts into capacity and resources.
• Direct production operations to meet safety, quality, schedule, cost, and productivity targets.
• Establish metrics, review performance trends, and drive corrective actions for underperforming areas.
• Lead capacity and resource planning including workforce, space, tooling, and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and project teams to align production plans with priorities.
• Identify and resolve significant production constraints such as labor shortages, material availability, and bottlenecks.
• Standardize production processes and controls across the organization to improve consistency and scalability.
• Sponsor continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce cycle time.
