  • Direct production operations across assigned facilities, programs, or production organizations to achieve established safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and delivery objectives.
  • Establish production performance measures and operating rhythms; review throughput, schedule attainment, labor utilization, rework, quality trends, constraints, and other key operational indicators and direct corrective action when performance falls below expectations.

  • Participate in business planning and growth decisions by assessing the production organization's ability to support new programs, customer requirements, volume increases, facility expansions, or changes in delivery strategy.
  • Build and develop the production leadership organization by establishing clear accountability, coaching senior leaders, assessing leadership capability, and maintaining succession plans for critical production leadership positions.
