Formación

• High school diploma with 8+ years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and system assembly methods.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
