Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Execution & Operational Leadership leader to direct day-to-day plant production scheduling, optimize assembly workflows, and scale throughput to meet delivery and quality goals.

This role partners with executive leadership on capacity planning, facility workflow optimization, and operational strategy, while overseeing cross-functional support functions to align materials flow with shop-floor schedules.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• 3–5 years in a senior plant operational leadership role overseeing multi-department operations.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, welding, coating processes, rotational molding, CNC machinery, and heavy assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct, optimize, and scale day-to-day plant production schedule execution, assembly workflow, and throughput to exceed delivery, quality, and labor variance metrics.
• Establish KPIs and operational accountability across all production departments, maintaining on-time delivery and scrap reduction.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term manufacturing capacity planning, facility workflow optimization, and operational strategy.
• Maintain oversight of broader manufacturing support functions, aligning materials flow with shop-floor schedules.
