Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ yrs with HS; 8+ yrs with Associate; 5+ yrs with Bachelor's; 3+ yrs with Master's.
• PM software such as Primavera P6 is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Advise and refine WBS to align with scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate work areas and integrate into plans for optimal workflow.
• Mentor teams on quantity take-offs for accurate estimates.
• Review means, methods, and contractual compliance to reduce risk.
• Maintain change orders in project schedules and integrate updates.
• Incorporate Addenda changes and update quote matrices.
• Advise on bid items, numbers, and time estimates for scheduling.
• Resolve ambiguous contract items to ensure clarity.
• Plan resource loading in master schedules and optimize resources.
• Forecast resources including materials, equipment, labor, and hours.
• Create logic ties with predecessors/successors in schedules.
• Produce baseline vs actual reports and analyze costs/earned value.
