Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Virginia. You will oversee receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, and shipping for an assigned team.

Ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to schedules while coordinating with project teams and internal partners. The role requires 5+ years in logistics or supply chain management, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain management.
• Experience with inventory cycle counting and process management.
• Ability to travel locally with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day activities of a defined warehouse team, shift, or operational area to ensure materials are received, stored, controlled, and distributed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Establishes daily work plans, assigns priorities, balances labor and equipment, and monitors completion against schedules and performance measures.
• Verifies shipments and maintains inventory accuracy; coordinates with cross-functional partners.
