Job summary

The Senior Production Supervisor at PABCO Building Products, LLC. leads Production Supervisors across shifts, driving safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

You will coach, mentor and coordinate across departments with the Plant Manager to meet operational goals, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards. This role acts as acting operational leader when the Plant Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical leadership training preferred.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience as a Production Supervisor is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Production Supervisors across all shifts.
• Coordinate daily production activities for safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor performance and drive accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop production plans and execute department objectives.
• Partner with supervisors to resolve issues and remove barriers to production.
• Coach and develop supervisors to strengthen leadership and ops knowledge.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management as needed.
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvements and cost reduction.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, shutdown planning, and inventory management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Serve as acting operational leader when Plant Manager is unavailable.
