Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedule, plan work and personnel assignments and clearly delegate tasks.
• Supervise and develop teamwork to meet performance goals.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow safety policies.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and PAC Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with HR to staff current and future production personnel needs.
