Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and organize daily manufacturing operations at our Texas plant. You will oversee production staff, monitor safety, and ensure adherence to quality and efficiency goals.

The ideal candidate has substantial supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment while complying with PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in a manufacturing organization.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing organization.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven mentoring and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees and equipment.
• Report production accurately and timely.
• Address safety, quality, maintenance, and production issues.
• Lead safety programs and Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Monitor production data and prepare reports.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment.
