Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience; a four-year degree is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/packaging operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a production team on multiple lines.
• Schedule and monitor training, ensure SOPs are followed.
