Job summary

Prime Management Group Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to provide direct leadership and coordination of daily manufacturing operations on the Bristol, PA shop floor.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, with a first- shift schedule Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and requires proven frontline leadership of hourly production employees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, hands-on preferred.
• Prior production supervision or frontline leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead hourly employees on the production floor.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, and employee accountability.
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standard work or continuous improvement knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills to review production information and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the production floor.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities to meet production priorities and schedules.
• Assign and reposition employees based on workload, bottlenecks, and changing requirements.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, safety, housekeeping, and employee performance.
• Identify production delays and bottlenecks early and take action to maintain product flow.
• Escalate material, equipment, staffing, quality, and scheduling issues when needed.
• Coach employees in real time and address performance concerns promptly.
