PAC Worldwide is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor in Pennsylvania to manage daily production activities and lead a team of manufacturing personnel. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with company policies and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; some college (mechanical technology or related field) preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily production schedule and delegate tasks.
• Supervise and develop teamwork to meet performance goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure adherence to customer specifications and PAC's Quality Management.
• Plan staffing with HR for current and future needs.
• Interview applicants and assist with new-hire orientation and safety training.
