Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for production employees.
• Direct daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives.
• Monitor department performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Develop workforce capability through training and cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ERP, and operational requirements.
