Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in related fields with leadership experience.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production employees in manufacturing and assembly.
• Direct daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Monitor department performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop workforce capability through training and cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ERP, and operational requirements.
