Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and manage area activities.
• Ensure adherence to policies, rules, and procedures, and maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Maintain quality, train employees, and manage timekeeping and staffing.
• Lead efficiency using lean manufacturing methods and equipment optimization.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules and cost targets.
