Job summary

ATCDT Corp. in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Lead, Production for Tan 6R140 WKND. This non-exempt role leads production personnel, ensures safety, quality, and efficiency on the line, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in operations/lean, plus familiarity with manufacturing processes and ERP/PC skills. On-site work with a focus on teamwork and training is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of operations and/or lean experience.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and related business processes.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment at all times.
• Responsible for housekeeping and 5s activity in the area.
• Responsible for product quality through auditing and verification of operator conformance to standards, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Audits products and scrap to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines or methods.
• Facilitates continuous improvement with a focus on employee involvement.
• Supports Supervisor in developing personnel through training, performance reviews, and other administrative duties.
• Responsible for employee training, cross-training, and maintenance of training records.
• Adjusts manpower assignments to meet production schedules.
• Assures necessary materials and supplies are available and used appropriately for production.
• Assists in the implementation of new procedures or processes to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Performs the duties of production workers supervised when needed.
