Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in Oklahoma City. You will supervise up to 120 employees, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement using lean methods.

You will train, coach and evaluate staff and work with HR on personnel actions. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP/timekeeping systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of leadership or supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
• Experience with ERP and timekeeping systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 120 employees and be accountable for activities in the area.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery and cost standards.
• Coach, direct, monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly.
• Coordinate training, attendance, and time-off requests; maintain training records.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment and report problems promptly.
• Utilize lean methods to improve production methods and productivity.
• Organize work for smooth operations and optimize staffing and equipment.
