Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a team leader to coordinate production personnel and processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

You will mentor 25–50 staff, drive 5S, audits, and continuous improvement while collaborating with supervisors. This role requires attention to procedure, ERP proficiency, and strong communication in English.

This position is based in Oklahoma City, offering hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of operations and/or lean experience.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and related business processes.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment at all times.
• Maintains housekeeping and 5S activity in the area.
• Responsible for product quality through auditing and verification of operator conformance to standards, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Audits products and scrap to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines or methods.
• Facilitates continuous improvement with a focus on employee involvement.
• Supports Supervisor in developing personnel through training, performance reviews, and other administrative duties.
• Responsible for employee training, cross-training, and maintenance of training records.
• Adjusts manpower assignments to meet production schedules.
• Assures necessary materials and supplies are available and used appropriately for production.
• Assists in the implementation of new procedures or processes to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Maintains production records.
• Performs the duties of production workers supervised when needed.
