Job summary

ATC is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate production personnel and processes in Oklahoma City. You will promote workplace safety, manage 5S, and ensure product quality through audits and adherence to standards.

The role requires 2 years of lean experience, high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. ERP and MS Office proficiency are beneficial, with opportunities to train and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of lean operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and maintains a safe work environment at all times.
• Responsible for housekeeping and 5S activity in the area.
• Responsible for product quality through auditing and verification of operator conformance to standards, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Audits products and scrap to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines or methods.
• Facilitates continuous improvement with a focus on employee involvement.
• Supports Supervisor in developing personnel through training, performance reviews, and other administrative duties.
• Responsible for employee training, cross-training, and maintenance of training records.
• Adjusts manpower assignments to meet production schedules.
• Assures necessary materials and supplies are available and used appropriately for production.
• Assists in the implementation of new procedures or processes to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Maintains production records.
• Performs the duties of production workers supervised when needed.
