Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Production Supervisor in Oklahoma City to oversee production employees and uphold safety, quality, and delivery standards. You will interview, hire, train, and direct work, while planning staffing and evaluating performance.

Shift hours: 4:00 pm - 2:30 am Mon-Thurs plus OT. Applicants should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Supervisory leadership in manufacturing required.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to interview, hire, and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise up to 120 employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance.
• Coordinate with HR for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain training records and attendance/payroll.
• Identify improvements with lean methods.
• Maintain compliance with TS16949 and ISO 14001.
• Lead problem solving and organize workflows.
