Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Production Sr Lead to oversee production personnel, processes, and performance against safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. You will supervise up to 120 employees, ensure policy compliance, and drive lean manufacturing improvements across the line.

The role requires strong leadership, timekeeping oversight, and the ability to coordinate training and scheduling to meet production targets while maintaining equipment and process standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required with leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read procedures and write routine reports; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel and oversee activities in their area of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, safety rules, and quality standards TS16949 and ISO 14001.
• Track timekeeping, verify clock punches, and support scheduling to meet production targets.
• Lead efforts to improve production methods, equipment performance and productivity using lean tools.
• Maintain materials control and ensure proper handling, storage and identification of products.
• Coordinate visual controls in production areas and supervise up to 120 employees.
• Provide training, coaching, and development support to team members and supervise daily operations.
