Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires long-term experience leading small teams with limited budget/HR control.
• Focus on short- to mid-term action plans rather than broad policy development.
• Experience coaching team members to improve methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance plans for equipment in the production process.
• Define and implement preventative maintenance to avoid failures or quality issues.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment with failures or defects.
• Propose improvements and manage remodeling or upgrades of production equipment.
