Responsibilities include leading the maintenance team, developing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating repair efforts to minimize downtime and support production goals.

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Maintain critical equipment with minimal downtime; track downtime hours and response times.
• Develop PM schedules with lists, schedules, and checklists.
