Qualifications

• Technical problem-solving to troubleshoot plant issues and implement corrective actions.
• Data analysis of KPIs, alarm histories, and logbooks to improve performance.
• Collaboration with operations teams and SMEs to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business production goals into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for planning, shipping, and materials.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Coach plant personnel on KPI monitoring and performance updates.
• Work with operations team to apply problem-solving and technical expertise.
• Leverage SMEs and Technology Center knowledge for optimization.
• Promote MET understanding and use of process automation to improve performance.
• Partner with experts for advanced troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Diagnose root causes of asset utilization losses in the facility.
• Review daily logbook and alarm history to stay engaged with operations.
• Maintain daily KPI trends to ensure optimum performance.
• Respond to plant issues and emergencies; participate in on-call rotation.
• Serve as unit technical expert during unplanned events and drive corrective actions.
• Lead in Raw Material Efficiency, including yield or waste improvements.
• Ensure compliance with operating permits and site integration.
