• Determines shutdown timing with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Coaches plant personnel on performance measurement and records.
• Partners with operations teams to apply problem-solving skills and expertise.
• Uses MET and process automation to optimize performance and compliance.
• Diagnoses root causes of asset utilization losses.
• Maintains daily KPI/trend reviews for performance.
