Job summary
Raytheon’s ALEGS Department in Tucson, AZ seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. You will provide resources to sustain and develop airborne electrical products in a multi-disciplined team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field with 8+ years’ experience.
- Experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design or analysis and/or DSP.
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
Responsibilities
- Drive program execution, cost, schedule, and technical oversight through product lifecycle.
- Lead hardware development; collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines.
- Perform root-cause investigations and contribute to test automation and yield improvements.
