Job summary
Raytheon is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead electrical hardware development for airborne products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field and 8+ years’ experience.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis.
- Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or network analyzers.
- Experience leading technical projects, investigations or issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to resolve production issues.
- Travel less than 10% annually.
- Perform shifts: 2nd shift (3pm–12am).
