Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution across cost, schedule, and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

You will support development and sustainment of airborne electrical products in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design expertise and lab-equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills by working with digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging complex assemblies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve issues during production and testing.
• Travel less than 10% annually; operate on a 3rd shift schedule (11pm–8am).
