Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware to drive program execution across cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle, delivering reliable airborne electrical products.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Physics/Math with 5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on RF/analog/digital design, and proficiency with laboratory instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/physics/math and 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design and DSP.
• Familiarity with lab equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills across digital, analog and RF hardware testing and debugging.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues.
• Travel less than 10% annually and work in 2nd shift (3pm-12am).
