Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer - Production Hardware to drive program execution across the product lifecycle, including cost, schedule, and technical oversight.

You will lead electrical design and production activities for CCA, EO, RF, or sensor subsystems, collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines. Requires a DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with testing and debugging of circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 2nd shift (3pm - 12am)
