Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is hiring a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution across the product lifecycle, delivering cost, schedule, and technical oversight.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting of circuit card assemblies, and support production and integration activities. Less than 10% travel and a 2nd shift (3pm–12am) are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems. Prior hands‑on troubleshooting experience is preferred.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
