Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ seeks an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware to support program execution, including cost, schedule and technical oversight throughout the product lifecycle.

The role involves testing and debugging digital, analog and RF hardware, collaborating across Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, and providing design and production support. Travel <10%, 3rd shift 11pm–8am, DoD Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems; hands‑on troubleshooting preferred.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues in production, testing, and integration.
• Travel requirements: less than 10% annually.
• Shift Information: 3rd shift (11pm–8AM).
