Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Production Cook II to support kitchen operations under the direction of the Sous Chef. You will assist with quality control, portioning, and working across all kitchen areas in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in a high-volume kitchen, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to labeling, rotation, and storage standards in line with health codes.

• Two to three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
