Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare items across grilling, frying, baking, and poaching while ensuring plates meet quality standards and guest expectations.

Bring a strong work ethic, maintain clean stations, and assist with events as needed. A high school diploma or culinary training is preferred; flexible shifts and weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.
• Kitchen equipment knowledge and ability to operate tools safely.
• Understanding of international cuisines and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol and mentors teammates for superior guest service.
• Prepares foods across grilling, frying, baking, boiling, braising, poaching, or pantry items per recipes.
• Recognizes sauces and plates items accordingly on daily menus.
• Keeps workstation neat and clean; reports safety hazards and equipment needs.
• Assists coworkers to ensure efficient kitchen operations; supports special events as needed.
• Season foods per recipes and assists with food assembly and setup/teardown.
