175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to support a high-volume casino kitchen. You will assist the Sous Chef and Cook with quality, portion control, labeling, and ensuring standards across all kitchen areas.

The role requires 2–3 years in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand long hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from $15 to $21 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment may include casino floor exposure and noise.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control of product.
• Must be flexible and able to work all kitchen areas.
• Promotes positive customer relations; handles guest complaints.
• Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.
• Prepare production in accordance with established standards set by Restaurant Chef.
• Ensure proper labeling, rotation, and storage temperatures.
• Maintain quality inventory control of production.
• Ensure production and storage areas meet health department codes.
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
