Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Cook II for our Staff Cafeteria. This full-time position works under the Sous Chef to maintain quality, presentation, and sanitation while you assist other line cooks and ensure proper labeling and rotation of products.

The role requires flexibility to work across all kitchen areas in a fast-paced setting. Applicants should have 2–3 years in a high-volume kitchen, be capable of teamwork, handle guest interactions, and maintain health-code compliant

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to work all kitchen areas and assist the Sous Chef.
• Maintain labeling, storage and sanitation per health codes.
• Promote positive guest relations and handle guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chef and Cook with quality and portion control.
• Prepare production in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain inventory control of production.
• Ensure clean, safe and hazard-free work environment.
