Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience across ERP/MRP/MPS/MES tools including Deltek Costpoint, Solumina, Dynafact DMS.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
• Capable of autonomous work in a high‑stress environment and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project; U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
• Resident of or willing to relocate to Huntsville / North Alabama area.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute production schedules using Dynafact DMS Scheduler and MS Projects.
• Coordinate activities among Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.
• Lead meetings to ensure Production Schedules and contractual obligations are met.
• Incorporate schedule changes from ECOs, make/buy decisions, and revision changes.
• Monitor Production Capacity, critical path shortages, and Due Date performance.
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance charts and milestone tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes, KPIs and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and government regulations.
