Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with ERP systems including MRP, MPS and MES using Deltek Costpoint, Solumina, Dynafact DMS or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute production schedules using Dynafact DMS Scheduler and/or MS Projects.
• Coordinate activities among Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.
• Lead meetings and analysis to ensure schedules and contractual obligations are met.
• Incorporate schedule changes from ECOs, Make/Buy decisions, and revision changes.
• Monitor and report Production Capacity, critical path shortages, and Due Date performance.
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance charts and milestone tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and government regulations.
