Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 4 or more years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Demonstrable experience across various ERP systems to include MRP, MPS and MES, using Deltek Costpoint, Solumina, Dynafact DMS or similar tools.
• Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment.
• Must be able to work autonomously and stay focused in a high-stress, fast paced environment to meet customer and management deadlines.
• Capable of working in MS Excel and MS Project.
• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to the Huntsville / North Alabama area.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute production schedules using Dynafact DMS Scheduler and/or MS Projects.
• Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams including Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management.
• Lead meetings and analyses to ensure Production Schedules and contractual obligations are met.
• Incorporate Schedule changes from ECOs, Make/Buy decisions, and Revision changes.
• Monitor and report Production Capacity, critical path shortages, and Due Date/Need Date performance.
• Develop and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) charts and milestone tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, AS9100 standards, and government regulations.
