Mobis Corporate Center America is seeking an experienced Production Control & Material Management Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end production planning, BOM and EO management, and procurement operations. The role supports ERP/master data governance, inventory control, customs compliance, and supplier performance management.

The position collaborates with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted production and optimized inventory while driving KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production control, procurement, or supply chain operations (automotive preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred) and supplier management, contract negotiation, cost control.

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor production plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and adjust based on changes or irregular orders.
• Maintain BOM accuracy by receiving and distributing vehicle build plans and part lists from OEMs.
• Manage engineering changes (EO) including impact assessment and implementation tracking.
• Maintain and update ERP master data and material master data to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee KPI and performance metrics including cost, delivery, quality, and inventory controls.
• Support local and CKD procurement operations, supplier payments, and cross-functional issue resolution.
