Job summary

Mobis South Carolina Electrified Powertrain (MSCe) seeks a Production Management Manager to oversee end-to-end production control, including planning, material control, inventory, logistics, and international trade compliance. This role aligns demand, schedules, supplier performance, and material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of automotive manufacturing, production planning, material control including leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, BOM management, EO management, master data governance, procurement planning, and customs compliance.
• Lead KPI and cost management, supplier governance, and logistics operations.
• Supervise and develop a team across production planning, material control, and system management to enable plant startup and stable operations.
