Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center America seeks a Production Management Manager to lead end-to-end production control, including planning, BOM management, and inventory control, ensuring alignment with demand and supplier performance.

The role requires 8+ years in automotive manufacturing with strong ERP/MES experience, and a track record in leadership, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive manufacturing with experience in production planning and materials control.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP (SAP preferred) and MES systems.
• Experience with OEMs and managing engineering changes (EO/ECN).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, BOM management, and master data governance.
• Manage EO/ECN changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Coordinate materials planning, inventory control, and supplier performance.
• Lead KPI tracking, cost optimization, and safety stock policies.
• Maintain ERP/MES data integrity and system master data.
