Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a Logistics Assistant Manager within the Production Management Department to establish efficient logistics and supply chain operations for a new manufacturing entity.

You will lead end-to-end supply management, inventory control, and inbound/outbound logistics to support uninterrupted production and on-time delivery, while driving cost improvements and master data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in material planning, logistics, or warehouse operations (auto experience preferred).
• Strong ERP knowledge, SAP MM/WM preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply management and inventory control.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize inventory and logistics performance.
• Lead material planning and ERP master data governance.
• Ensure 3S/5S and safety standards compliance.
