Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking an experienced Production Control & Material Management Assistant Manager in Blythewood, SC. You will drive end-to-end production planning, BOM and EO management, and strategic procurement while ensuring ERP master data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize material flow, reduce costs, and improve KPIs across production, inventory, and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in production control, procurement, or supply chain operations (auto preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production plans (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Maintain BOM accuracy and ERP master data integrity.
• Lead EO management and engineering changes tracking.
• Oversee supplier performance and procurement activities.
• Ensure customs compliance and CKD/LP operations.
