Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret data to support planning and operational decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP/MES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer production planning and schedule changes.
• Coordinate production plan adjustments to support demand and operations.
• Maintain and monitor EDI, MES, and planning systems for data accuracy.
• Track, analyze, and report production KPIs and performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc production reports.
• Support requests from headquarters and participate in continuous improvement projects.
