Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Global Product Training Strategist to shape how our sales teams learn about products, competition, and evolving solutions. This hands-on role blends instructional design, business writing, event planning, LMS administration, and continuous improvement.

You will manage global content, deliver live and virtual events, translate content for international markets, and drive program improvements across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, communications, business, education, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate learning and development or product training.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for global audiences with varying English proficiency.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale in-person events and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Create global brand and product content with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual product-training events across US and international locations.
• Administer learning management systems and coordinate localization for global markets.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning content, delivery methods, and tools.
• Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and timelines.
